have money on a paypal account and pay through paypal. you can do this by getting money by someone else sending you money so you can send it to the site or you can link your bank account to your paypal and pay that way.

Another great way is using PrePaid cards found in convenience stores. You can basically get a prepaird $25 Visa Gift Card, enter it through PayPal and it will be accepted.

Good luck and with this, I don't understand how no one can buy stuff on the internet, including kids. (Unless of course, they have no money)

I noticed this after i had already paid for premium, but there is a submissions forum, where it appears that if you have a macro or a guide or something of value to contribute you may be given free premium membership. This seems like its in the sites best interest since the most actual content providers rather than just consumers lurking the better. Im working on some scripts but im not sure yet if i want to share so for now ill just pay.
