Just do some starter missions to get your bearings of the game and how it works. Its a very detailed game but once you start to understand it the game is easy.

i´ve played it for short periods before, but i want money making and skill rising tips
So far, none of the mining scripts have been updated to work with the current version of RMR. I'm working on one myself but it's pretty basic and still has a few bugs...
The easiest way to make isk is to join a 0.0 space player corp and then participate in mining gangs. If they don't flat out pay you for time spent then you can sell the high end ore such as Bistrot and Crockite for a huge amount of isk. This is not feasible for a new born character though, for those I strongly recommend joing Eve University, the single most helpful newbie corp there is.
There is NO way to cheat on skill training or time spent training those skills. You just have to decide what your goal in the game will be and train the skills essential to your goal. This whole discussion is talked to death in Eve-Online Forums/skills
You can make lots of money with minning, but its boring. Its better to do missions. While training learning skills, train frigate or cruiser and gunnery skills a bit, so you wont have troubles doing the missions.
