Go somewhere where it's in the middle of nowhere, or near the edge of the map.

Requires a a probe and corresponding probe launcher.

Shoot the probe at yourself and it will shoot it way off totally inaccurate. Warp to it. Repeat. You can put yourself off the map if you set it up right and get lucky by random nature.

Simple. Effective. Insidious.

I don't know if this is in the forums but since I am not a premium member I can't see most of them.

It works, haven't heard of it and a few minutes of searching didn't turn up any C&P. Can't really think of a use for it besides maybe staging an attack force off the map, but it's still a cool bit of info to have. I vote Aye as well.

YAY, it does work it is older news but this guy has tried everything to get in.. =)

Also you can close the client (x) button and login again then close it and do that about 5 times... the last time place a bm, should drop you way off the grid.

Not really an exploit its pretty well known for most who play eve and pvp or live in low sec or do many wars... more guidey than exploit. Its not an exploit because: it wont get you banned if you are found out.

havnt played eve for over a year but when i did play me and my mates had safe spots like these ones that were off the map, gm's started appearing at our SS and warning us to delete the bm's to them or get banned, might have changed now but like i say i dont play anymore, cant remember why they said to delete exactly but sure it was do with other players not being able to locate us even using probes, which is not fair game play. SS are allowed just not if there off the map.

Different methods were used.

If you use the old old old safe spots such as the one you are saying, which was made from constantly warping to a book marked system that was close to you until you were 1000's and 1000's of au's away, then you'd be warnned / banned. Those are considered exploits. But it is no longer possible to make one like that and the only reason they are considered exploits now are because I'm guessing its just because the way in which they were created is no longer available. Also, using that old way you can control how far out you go, so you really could make it MUCH farther than you currently can using the probes he is saying.

Using the probes now to make a super safe is not an exploit, ask and GM and he'll tell you this, make a post on the eve forums asking it and everything will tell you its not an exploit, and its not even unbreakable, it is still possible to scan you out. But it really doesnt matter to me where it is, but I just dont think it should be in the exploits section when its more of a guide. A guide to making super safe spots, which are fully allowed as far as ccp is concerned.

Edit: and they are allowed off the map when they are made using the probes. They just arent allowed off the map when they were made using methods previously available ( but its not really possible to tell the difference anymore now that the probes are out so GM's wouldnt even try to warn anyone with the previous made ones because yea... )
