Yes I am an ore thief and none of the Tactics are really that new but i do this every day and i make in excess of 20 mil ISK per day. Find a high sec system with a busy Ice belt. You need two others to help. Now your crew should have two fast cruisers and a Hauler. The cruisers go in and when they find a nice fat can they create their own and move the ice into it. Your Hauler then warps to 20km of you and uses a tractor Beam to take the can away from your victims. He bookmarks it and starts hauling the ice to the station. Where I do it the buy orders on Ice are just over 100k per piece. This is the safest way to do it. Your cruisers have the agro and not your hauler incase anyone gets froggy. I know the basic tactics can be found elsewhere but most people apply it to ore miners. They are nice practice and if you need some chump change then hey have fun.
