RIGS Exploit/BUG : EVE Online Submissions

dunno if this is discussed in the forum .

has most know you have to train skills to use certain rigs .

the thing is if you fit a ship you a xxx rig and then trade that ship with another character . that character doesnt need to have the skill for the rigs that the ship has trained . the rigs will be "ON", and the character will not have the skill for those rigs trained .
