need some help : EQ1 EverQuest 1 Discussion

well met all, i just started a new account, with the tiatanium edition and when i click to play the everquest program shuts down..anyone know what i can do to get this thing started...i can't even create a charecter yet...i'd go to station live chat, but it must be nice not working weekends...peace
