Can someone that actually has xunleashed working with their system post a screenshot of the options tab from Xunleashed?
I cannot figure out why I cannot get it to work..I have IP packet... unchecked...
Hook 2 is EQGraphicsDX9.dll I tried after the DX9 patch with old settings and it didnt work so i switched the second hook...still not working I cannot get to the char select screen it crashes 100% of the time beforehand.
Please help! =)

What are your settings?
I have not tried it since the dx9 upgrade. Try putting the eqgraphics 9 dll in the hook1 slot, and trash in hook2.
Also, be sure you do not have antivirus running and are running the latest video drivers.

Also, kill any programs runnign in the back ground. Known to crash XU are kazaa, fraps, etc.

Before I go home and start changing my settings over from DAoC to run the EQ client. I was hoping someone would simply hold my hand if you will.
Ok, so I now know that unchecking the IP packet sniffer is a "must do." I am not so clear on what I sould be doing with the "hook" fields.
Can a mod or a user be so kind to clearly document what goes in both "hook" fields?
Ok, so in hook 1 goes : EQGraphicsDX9.dll
Hook 2: ?
Also, one more question. I am assuming I do not have to DL any plug in's right? Considering that in game maps are in-game there also should not be any need for map plug in's etc. I did not see any that I thougt I needed when I scanned the forum.
I thank you in advance for your support. Doing a great job guys!
Regards,

Yeah, mine is hanging up right after launching and signg in. When I hit play the EQ client simply vanishes leaving my mouse unable to move etc.
I had to manually power down to restore the system.
I am running on XP Home edition with the 56.62 Nvidia driver with 9x (G-Force ti-4600 128 bit card). I had the IP sniffer unchecked and Hook 1 was set at: EQGraphicsDX9.dll and hook 2 was set at : trash
Let me know of you guys need more information.

No, because somebody posted a work around until the next xu patch.
Load up EQ to the server selection screen. Then load up XU and click play. Then switch back to EQ and hit your server button to go to the char selection screen.

I tried this and I got the eqgame.exe file has experienced an error...
I had to shut it down.
