My tradeskilling seems to go up slow as hell. I feel like I'm making the wrong things. How do you know what is the best to make to levle up? I make all these components to make an item, barely get any xp off them and then make the item and get a little boost but need more interim compoenents and it just feels like im spinning my wheels.

The fastest way to level up is to make 10 of the hardest recipe in your book from scratch. The subcombines alone will ding you a couple of levels. Save your xp potion for the final combines to maximize your xp gain. I say make 10 instead of 20 because it gets very tedious, and 10 is just enough to give you the xp gain you need without wearing yourself out over the course of several hours.

Using this method I've leveled from 10-30 in just a couple of sessions of tradeskilling.

This method will only work until they release LU19 to the live servers. LU19 eliminates the combines between raws + fuels and final product.

Ding!

The best way to tradeskill is to let xunleashed do it for you. I have 4 crafters at 60 and it didn't take very long to do it. 2 of them were 60 before they made crafting a joke. I got most of my levels making sub-combines. You can make about 5 or 6 levels in each tier but just making the worts then make another 2 or 3 levels making the sub combines and finish off the tier by making one of each item getting the discovery bonus. You can probably get a crafter from 3-60 in about 2 weeks if you wanted to grind that much. I use a different program for crafting but xunleashed works well also.

Hi all. I'm a new Tault prem member and a new EQ2 player. I see that you said that LU19 was going to nerf crafting. First I'd like to point out my spectacular timing. Second, I'd like to know if there's any decent exploit or guide post-LU19 for a guy that has only newb toons to play with rt now.

Thanks all.
