A place to idle in : EverQuest 2 General Discussions

For all you crafters or anyone for that matter I've been idling in the EQ-Artisan chan. The server is: xxx and the chan is EQ-Artisan. Not many people there now but it'd be nice to get some good discussion going in here.

We have our own server. Not many people used it so I took it down. I'd be happy to put it back up of you like.

Yea i looked around for some IRC info, and I read a few posts about the java chat thing but couldnt find it but if you put it back up I'd idle there
I just mentioned this chan in this forum because theres other crafters there.

I'd love an actual server Admin.. but web based java chat that doesnt have any of the functionaly of IRC doesnt count

full fledged IRC server. I like many other in this community are connected to irc 24/7 many of us use (the network admin edited out) and many of us use (another network i'll edit because for what ever reason we cannot talk bout IRC networks here)

The java chat was really not useful at all for a many reason. One of the main being we could only access it via the web and all chat and history there of poofed if you happened to close the browser you had open to chat.

I'd like to see a full IRC server for us. Would help developers greatly, I imagine. Hiding IP addresses from all but admin is a must, though.

I would also like to see an IRC server for us to use.

I run a web hosting company and I can donate an irc server if the admins would like. Send me a message.

We will be installing one here very soon!
