*** Kingdom of Sky ***
- Various changes, fixes, and polish have been made to Kingdom of Sky zones and population.

- Achievement experience will now be granted for quests that are not grey (previously, you would only receive experience for quests greater than or equal to your level).
- The achievement respec cost stops growing after 5 (instead of 6) times.
- Killing certain NPCs will now grant achievement experience.
Tradeskills:
- Adjusted the stats on all of the 60-70 tradeskill made armor. Changes were made to even out the balance of the items a little better.
*** Player-versus-Player ***

- Neutral players who evac within Freeport and Qeynos will now be taken to Antonica and Commonlands.
- PvP Group and Con Changes:
* Groups targeted by opposing faction now show members as Heroic.
* Raids targeted by opposing faction now show members as x2,x3,x4 respectively (NOTE: Raid size is defined by number of members, not group layout).
* Targeting rings, encounter arrows, and tab targeting now exist on the PvP group of the opposing faction. That is, anyone in my group or raid will show up as part of my encounter to someone of the opposite faction.
* If a group has a character in it that is normally not attackable to you, they will become attackable if other group members can be attacked by you. That is, a level 60 can attack a level 10 if the 10 is grouped with someone who is 52 - 68.
* If a group has someone in it that is normally too high to attack you, everyone in the group will display 1 up arrow.
* If a group has someone in it that is normally too low for you to attack, everyone in the group will display 1 down arrow.
*** City Guards ***

*** Combat ***
- Spell casts will not fail after the initial cast due to being too far away as long as the target stays within 2x the spell's range.
