Level Name Description
1 Lightning Burst Does instant Magic damage to the target
3 Static Pulse Does Magic damage over a period of time to the target, and decreases Magic mitigation for the duration
4 Magi's Shielding Increases Power pool, Health pool, and Trauma (Crushing/Slashing/Piercing) mitigations (self only)
5 Arcane Bindings Prevents the target from moving
6 Cure Arcane Cures Magic, Mental, and Divine ailments from the target group member. Curatives can fail if the relevant ailments are significantly more potent than the caster's ability.
7 Gift of the Magi Increases Power pool and Magic mitigation of all party members
8 Storm of Lightning Does instant Magic damage to the target and surrounding encounter members within the area of effect
9 See Invisibility Grants ability to see invisible (but not hidden) entities to the target group member
9.3 Dispel Arcane Dispels beneficial Magic spells from the target. Dispels can fail if the relevant augmentations are significantly more powerful than the caster's ability
10 Fascinate Mesmerizes the target. (Any hostile action or damage will awaken the target)
11 Ego Shock Does instant Mental damage and prevents any movement on the target opponent.
12 Signet of Intuition Increases Intelligence and Agility, and grants Mental mitigation to the group
13 Essence Shift Converts Health to Power instantly (self only)
13.2 Daunting Gaze Drains Power instantly and stuns the target opponent.
14 Gloom Does Mental damage over-time to the target, and decreases Arcane (Magic/Mental/Divine) mitigations for the duration
15 Lightning Surge Does instant Magic damage to the target
16 Stagger Stuns the target
16.3 Overwhelming Silence Drains Power over-time and prevents the target opponent from casting spells or using abilities. (This excludes certain special abilities)
17 Static Wave Does Magic damage over a period of time to the target, and decreases Magic mitigation for the duration
18 Invisibility Grants invisibility to the target group member. The caster can only focus on one invisibility at a time.
18.3 Breeze Replenishes the target group member's Power over-time
19 Arcane Shackles Prevents the target from moving
20 Recklessness Increases attack speed on all group members
21 Gift of the Magus Increases Power pool and Magic mitigation of all party members
22 Tempest of Lightning Does instant Magic damage to the target and surrounding encounter members within the area of effect
23 Sibyllant Impairment placed on the target opponent that has a chance to do instant Mental damage to the target opponent and surrounding encounter members. When this occurs, a Thoughtstone is granted and the spell expires.
23.3 Party See Invisibility Grants ability to see invisible (but not hidden) entities to each party member
24 Mesmerize Mesmerizes the target. (Any hostile action or damage will awaken the target)
25 Terrible Awe Mesmerizes the target opponent and surrounding encounter members. Costs Power periodically and prevents the caster from moving throughout the duration of the spell. This spell requires a Thoughtstone to cast.
25.3 Ego Strike Does instant Mental damage and prevents any movement on the target opponent.
26 Signet of Insight Increases Intelligence and Agility, and grants Mental mitigation to the group
27 Essence Fluctuation Converts Health to Power instantly (self only)
27.3 Unnerving Stare Drains Power instantly and stuns the target opponent.
28 Despotic Mind Does instant Mental damage to the target, and places a curse on the target. If the target dies while under this curse, a Thoughtstone is granted to the caster.
28.3 Melancholy Does Mental damage over-time to the target, and decreases Arcane (Magic/Mental/Divine) mitigations for the duration
29 Lightning Strike Does instant Magic damage to the target
30 Stun Stuns the target
30.3 Withering Silence Drains Power over-time and prevents the target opponent from casting spells or using abilities. (This excludes certain special abilities)
31 Static Whorl Does Magic damage over a period of time to the target, and decreases Magic mitigation for the duration
32 Consuming Thoughts Drains Power over-time from the target opponent, and converts a portion of this damage into over-time Power replenishment for the party.
32.3 Greater Invisibility Grants invisibility to the target group member. The caster can only focus on one invisibility at a time.
33 Arcane Bonds Prevents the target from moving
33.3 Refresh Replenishes the target group member's Power over-time
34 Bravado Increases attack speed on all group members
35 Empathic Link Augmentation that has a chance to do instant Mental damage to an attacker of the target party member
35.3 Gift of the Magister Increases Power pool and Magic mitigation of all party members
36 Cyclone of Lightning Does instant Magic damage to the target and surrounding encounter members within the area of effect
37 Haruspex Impairment placed on the target opponent that has a chance to do instant Mental damage to the target opponent and surrounding encounter members. When this occurs, a Thoughtstone is granted and the spell expires.
37.3 See Hidden Grants ability to see hidden (but not invisible) entities to the target group member
38 Annoying Demeanor Augmentation placed on a target party member that has a chance to generate additional Hate per successful attack.
38.3 Enthrall Mesmerizes the target. (Any hostile action or damage will awaken the target)
39 Ego Blast Does instant Mental damage and prevents any movement on the target opponent.
39.3 Dreadful Awe Mesmerizes the target opponent and surrounding encounter members. Costs Power periodically and prevents the caster from moving throughout the duration of the spell. This spell requires a Thoughtstone to cast.
40 Beguile Charms the target. (Charmed entities are more likely to break charm when attacking or taking damage from their encounter members)
40.3 Signet of Realization Increases Intelligence and Agility, and grants Mental mitigation to the group
41 Essence Transmutation Converts Health to Power instantly (self only)
41.3 Eerie Focus Drains Power instantly and stuns the target opponent.
42 Despair Does Mental damage over-time to the target, and decreases Arcane (Magic/Mental/Divine) mitigations for the duration
42.3 Tyrannical Mind Does instant Mental damage to the target, and places a curse on the target. If the target dies while under this curse, a Thoughtstone is granted to the caster.
43 Reek of Terror Augmentation that causes the attacker to flee in fear. During this fear, Hate towards the caster is reduced over-time.
43.3 Lightning Blast Does instant Magic damage to the target
44 Paralyze Stuns the target
44.3 Agonizing Silence Drains Power over-time and prevents the target opponent from casting spells or using abilities. (This excludes certain special abilities)
45 Ravaged Psyche Decreases Arcane, Elemental, and Noxious mitigation on the target
45.3 Static Coil Does Magic damage over a period of time to the target, and decreases Magic mitigation for the duration
