I'm almost done with most of my bone collections except for a few. The problem is with the limited number of people playing newbie zones, cracked bones have become really scarce and thus price's have gone up really high. I have been looking around for possible location's of bones, but haven't found anything concrete. What I did find though is someone writing that in open zones (i.e. Anotinica, etc) that ? is on the same timer as harvest nodes. And so if you don't see any ?'s go harvest for a little while, not that you will necessarily will find them, although at times I have found this to be seemingly true. Can anyone confirm or deny this? Is there specific areas of zone's that ?'s can be found in the open, or is it anywhere?
The question marks are on a seperate spawn table from the harvest nodes. I can tell you this from many hours of farming ?s in places like Oakmist Forest. Like regular nodes, they have slightly more spawn locations than the max number of concurent spawns (ie. O.F has maybe 12 possible spots for a ? to spawn- but in a fully poped instance, there will be only 7 spawned at the same time). Also like regular nodes, there is some degree of randomness in exact locations- but they only vary by a few feet at most. If I remember correctly, the respawn timer was about the same as a normal node. So, in short, while they share many characteristics (likely coded in the same way), they are not connected. Harvesting regular nodes will not pop ?s, or vice versa.
As for getting the rest of your bones: Depending on how many other people are in the zone, you can run a loop around oakmist and harvest pretty much constantly- from memory (and its been a while):

DD, thanks for the reply. That's what I thought it was originally. Yeah, Oakmyst I definitely have down pat. But it's zone's like Nek Forest(this one is really difficult), Ant, TS (although I think I know most of the areas), and other's that are tough. You don't have maps for those either do you?
