EQ2 - Having Problems Logging into Your Guild Forums? : EverQuest 2 General Discussions

Some players are reporting having difficulties logging into guild forums noting that every attempted login is answered with an 'Access Denied' page. This is an unfortunate side effect to the transition to new forums software earlier this Spring, some data related to permissions could not be changed, and now some users are not being properly identified and allowed into their guild forums. Fortunately, there is an easy solution to this problem.

If you are having these problems you need to get in contact with your guild leader and request that he/she log into the forums and revisit the user group setup for the guild forums. The permissions associated with the groups need to be updated to ensure that all users in all groups have access to the forums. After this simple update, all guild members should be allowed access to the forums based on their permission level.
