*** Quests ***

Some of the quest updates needed for the Lore and Legend quests should be more common.

*** Items ***

The effect from Cowl of the Villain, Hat of the Trickster and Dapper Hat of the Vault Raider will no longer trigger 100% of the time.

Items found on the Pumpkin Headed Horseman have been modified.

*** PVP ***

The Rallos Zek Miracle, Retribution of Rallos, should now work properly in PvP.
