The answer is more complicated than the question, Im afraid. Using some made up numbers: A fully spawned zone has say 80 nodes. BUT, there are 120 potential spawn points. You havest 1 node. About 20 min later (hard to nail down the precise time) the zone respawns the node. But, its not nessecarily going to be the exact one you harvested. It has 41 (the 40 unused, plus the one you cleared) to randomly choose from. It seems that there is some logic to the choice, so it may not be completely random, I've read some pretty complex theories about how various areas are linked, so that when you hit one node in section A, a node respawns (after a set timer) in section B, etc etc etc.... without having complete control over a zone, and being able to see all the nodes all the time, its almost impossible to reverse engineer exactly how the whole system works. Suffice it to say, its about 20 min, for a node to be replaced, but it may or may not be where it was before.
