launchpad crashes before it even opens : EverQuest 2 General Discussions

just wondering if someone knows a solution i have tried reinstalling eq2 and i have tried reinstalling windowsxp i have nothing running in the background............im lost here......i cant even play the game which i pay alot of money for!! soe refuses to answer any of my questions.
