Macro Software : EverQuest 2 General Discussions

Has anyone used any of the macro software products out there? Some claim that they can run games along wiht office work and I was just a little curious as to anyone's thoughts, experiences on these products.

After a seach on the net these are a couple links I can access from my computer at work. There are many others but my work firewall can't get me to them.
