Paid for All Access but never got a registration key! : EverQuest 2 General Discussions

I just registered today and apparently the registration key was supposed to be emailed to me, but it never came. Any ideas? I clicked the recover reg by email and recover reg by username/pass, neither worked for me. I can log in just fine and my member info shows access to everything. Im eager! help! =p
