*** Gameplay ***

- NPC health and damage output is now scaled more smoothly between levels 15 and 31. While these opponents will still remain challenging, they will not have the sudden jump in difficulty that they did at level 20 prior to this update. This will provide players a better opportunity to adapt to the increasing challenge of encounters, as well as give them more time to improve the quality of their equipment and abilities.
