Anyone ever seen a GM in the game? In EQ1, their names appeared a dull green color, easily spotted. I know some CSR's that give out quests wear custom clothing and armor, but has anyone ever seen a GM in game? Post a pic! :D

Arre with a smile :D

Green text when not invis. For the most part they travel invis so you can't see them comming. They can alter their text/look/lvl/size to anything they want. You would never see them comming if they were watching you.

I have yet to see a formal toon of a GM ,and I doubt they use it much.

Even if they did ,they could easily change everything for you not to notice its them.

many times, GMs don't have to log-in in the sense you and I are accustomed- they have better tools than they had in EQ1, allowing them to do many things (ie. inventory related issues, getting toons unstuck from geometry, etc) without having to actualy load a client, and operate as an avatar. They're a bit more Godlike these days.

Yep just what duck said. They probably view the game from a similar view of a scenario builder in neverwinter nights.

They can add/remove and do whatever SOE allow them right there when they want to.

I have seen a GM char once in game and not just in betas. He was an erudit. I asked him to help get my guy in stuck from TOOLS because i was a betraying lvl 17 woodelf so no way to gate out of there without a GM.. he sent me to Qeynos like 3 times and they kepted beating me up and kicking me out and then he stoped trying to send me to bubbleshire and asked me if i was betraying ( if he read the petition he would have known that !) so i asked him to port me to commonlands and he happen to be there uninvise and he stood there a bit asked me if there was anything else he could do and then he went invise. I agree that GMs in Eq2 have more power in the sense they can Possibly do more. But so far all i have seen was CS Gms that dont really know much about the game as they should. The only cool GMs that talk to uyou for fun and show off there powers are in Betas like EQ2 live beta and DoF beta. i would like to know why the ones in the game are so lacking of powers and knowledge. P.S. i had 2 GMs be shocked that i had a no distroy no value no trade item. they wont distroy them Damn preorder J boots from my bank.
