 Cannot get EQ2services to work : EverQuest 2 Nerfed Info

I don't know what i'm doing wrong i've deleted everything and started over 3 times and it still won't work. It doesn't load the EQ2services at all so in effect I can't use Harvester bot. Can anyone please help.
