Basically, the /anon command seems to be broken currently.
Say you wanted to harass a level 50 cleric for a res, but they were anon, all you have to do is type "/who all 50 cleric" and all level 50 clerics in the zone will appear in the list, regardless of if they are anon or not!

Just right click and choose select on the person... it shows levels at the top of the paperdoll.
