hit the red question mark, go the "What GMs can assist with" and hit unstick, it will warp you to your bind location.

When you use it, it uses your hearthstone in your bag and resets it so you have to wait 60 minutes.

Yes, hearthstones are WoW. The recall ability, I think is what they mean. The red questionmark is the help feature.
And this exploit no longer works. It moves you over to safe spot now. It does not gate you.
