Plat Exploit

ive discovered an exploit that generates over 1 platinum every 10 minutes

ive only done it a few times to verify it works, but its very very easy and anyone level 15 and up can do it.

Ive created a petitoin and feedback and a pm to moorguard

but currently i fear the econ is being badly broken

If ur a gm or staff please send me a tell and ill explain how it works

but the servers need to be brought down.

I heard about that too, a few guildmates told me that after the patch, there was an exploit that could generate 10 plats in a few minutes. They also didn't know how. Sure enough within the hour, the message "The serve will be shuttin down in 5 minutes, find a safe place to camp" blah blah came on. Too bad, we missed out =\

For a bit, you could sell books you would get from clickies. Since there is no respawn time on some of them, you could just click&sell over and over. That was the 1 plat in 10 minutes bug.

I heard of it after they fixed it though.

I found that it was closer to 90 min. for a plat. The best place I found was in SQ mages tower. There were 5 books that could be picked up and the merchant to sell to was close by. The issue was that they forgot to label the books as no-value. I believe I was the first to figure it out only because we got a responce from a GM when the servers came back up.

As one of my friends put it ... It is nice to be "that guy" for once. You know, the servers have to come down for an emergency patch and you think to yourself, ok who is the guy that found another exploit? lol
