Yea, once I renewed my subscription my character was bald. I asked customer support and they said
TSR Manuel D.: Please delete the following files by going into your Everquest 2 folder and
doing the following.
1. Right Click on your windows start button.
2. Click on Explorer
3. Once the Windows Explorer has popped up click on program files and expand it out by clicking the plus sign.
4. Now go to the Sony folder and expand it out also and look for the Everquest2 folder.
5. Once the Everquest 2 folder is open delete the following files and folders :
UI folder, cache folder , logincache folder and logincache-us folder then delete the following files eq2_default.ini, eq2_recent.ini, [station name]_characters.ini, [server name]_[character name]_eq2_uisettings.ini,
hotkeys_[character name].dat, and the everquest2.exe
I think this means something happened in one of those files changing my hair, meaning it IS client-side. This could be a gateway to some pretty cool stuff
