EQ2 Radar : EverQuest 2 Premium Discussions

I got XU for the first time a couple days ago, and looked around and only want the radar for the time being, but I can't seem to get even just that to work.

What I do is:

1) Download XU and fully install and update it.
2) Download and install the EQ2 service pack that is required for radar.
3) Download and install the EQ2 radar.
4) Update everything, restart XU so it's a clean slate, and start the game.
5) I'm in game, and everything looks like it's working, but when i open the toolbar, I find FFXI radar instead of EQ2 radar, and EQ2 radar is no where to be seen.

I've tried doing this process a few times over - uninstalling everything and redoing everything, but every single time i get FFXI radar instead of EQ2 radar.

Any help available?

anyone there?

Double and triple check the files are in the right directory also are you using a AMD CPU?

Using an Intel - and as far as I can tell they're in the right place. I made an XU folder, installed XU to there, and then installed the Plugins and it put them in the Plugins>Everquest 2 folder - there aren't any other plugins in that folder besides the two that I installed.

Hmm I wish I could be alittle more help but since I am a AMD user and only have the text radar as a working one I really can't help much further. Best bet is to PM Admin, Wyvernx or the author, those people would beable to give you the best help poss. if you have already exhusted the search engine looking for the same problem someone else might also have had.

I think this is it:

UNCHECK the tcpip packet sniffer!!!

If it is unchecked, you may have to delete your standard plugins folder and let it repatch.

Also make sure you dont have 2 copies of xunleashed.exe running around on your computer.
