 EQCrafter error 97 : EverQuest 2 Premium Discussions

I've been using the crafter plugin fine on one machine. Using it on my other machine causes the following error when i click the start crafting button after positioning and clicking over the fuel icon to setup for reconfig.
EQ2Crafter Error:
Run-time Error '97': Can not call friend function on object which is not an instance of defining class.
any suggestions? thanks.
sys specs:
Windows 98, P3, Dx9
also posting the log file in cause that has anything in it.

Make sure you do all windows updates from microsoft.
It sounds like you are missing some system libraries or some that are not updated. It is also possible that Wyvern made his plugin WinXP/2000 only, but I am not sure.

I've never heard of that error.
Are you using Windows 98 SE? It must be SE or greater.
