K its a bug we are working on.

I am having similiar errors, with no scripts working (except demo ones).

See the XU faq. Ignore the dx errors that is just a warning. It still works, I get the same messages and my scripts work.

DO the dx8 thing to get past the all scripts stopped errors.

Make sure for eq2 you are checking compatiblity mode in your checkbox. And run a known working script like the mouse demo script.
