How do I find the mouse coordinates to enter into the macros?

And I cant find windows spy on that page

www.cameroncole.net - look there, and you will find a program that lets you take a screenshot, and get the x,y loc of anything in the screenshot

And the program that comes with AutoIt work, only it is called AU3INfo
