Is there a Harvestbot that retains only rares, and collections, or only what you want it to? If so can I get a link, if not is there a way to change Harvestbot 4.03 into such a script?
thanks

You need to manually delete the unwanted harvested stuff. Buy bigger bags!
And also, why have you asked the same question in 3 different threads??? Thats just annoying.

second, I will write it myself, because saying you have to manually do it is just PLAIN IGNORANT, which is what I expect from someone so easily annoyed!!! when you want something done, you have to do it yourself...which is fine. Just means my guy will have all the plat, the problem I see with this community is easy annoyance, lack of community actually, why get so angry, your supposed to help each other out. how bout instead of getting annoyed, and writing angry replys you delete the improper threads... I see so many improper threads, and I will ban you statements, good lord I say, calm down.

Im not up to date with all the hooks in eq2service, but Im pretty sure it should be fairly trivial to do what your asking (assuming you have a handle on the ins and outs of the service).

Not quite trivial but it can be done.
How do you delete an item?
You need to either have the bag that the harvest gets into open, or you need to open it.
Ok so far easy enough.
Next however you have to right click on the item (this requires an x,y loc for the mouse move). Thus this will be a different location for different spots in your bag, or if you move anything around. The only way I can see this working is if you keep one of each rare in another bag so that you guarantee a rare doesn't end up in your "delete" spot. Next you need to select delete from the drop down menu. Then you have to click confirm for the delete. This too requires an X,Y location.
All doable, however, if you run into some lag spikes this routine is almost certainly not going to run properly, unless you can build in some intelligence that detects when the menu choice comes up or when the confirmation dialog comes up before doing it's clicks.

tault_kaeus (!empty($user->lang['WROTE'])) ? $user->lang['WROTE'] : ucwords(strtolower(str_replace('_', ' ', 'WROTE'))): second, I will write it myself, because saying you have to manually do it is just PLAIN IGNORANT, which is what I expect from someone so easily annoyed!!! when you want something done, you have to do it yourself...which is fine. It is probably possible but I would not even try to code it. There is no way in eq2services to be able to delete stuff, you would need to play with mouse coord. click etc. If you hit lag or what else I would not want a script that delete stuff from my char.
Now you can stack up ress to 50, so with 14+ slot bags you can gather a LOT of ressources before you are full and trust me you probably gonna make more money with normal ressource then rare. On my server T7 stuff sell for 1gp+ so make the calculation, 100 ress = 1pp, 1 full bag = 8pp, not too bad

Perhaps instead of going down the path of trying to safely delete stuff, just use the classic approach of *seeding* (1 starter *foobar* where you want a stack of *foobars*) to control what goes where in your bags. Would still need to manually delete, but at least you could do so with more confidence that you were tossing trash.
High strength character ... 28-slot strong boxes ... 50 harvests / slot. Sometimes finding a *good enough kludge* is the smartest course of action.
A good harvesting bot will let you just harvest collections, or just harvest ore. Though when botting, do us manual harvesters a favor: please harvest *everything*! You aren't sitting at the computer anyway -- I"m tired of running through zones full of stuff no one wants. Besides, how do you expect more good stuff to spawn, if there is no room??

you need to get the items index number. If eq2service has inventory handles, then once you've gotten the items index, you can /inventory delete A B C D (a b c and d are vars: index, slot number, region (ie bank, held inventory, shared bank, etc) and quantity). Its a simple game command.
