I have tried just about everything to get XU to run scripts for me but I keep getting error'd out. I think it might be the eq2servicer plugin but im not sure. Can anyone take a look at this code and see if you can tell me the problem. Thanks

I am having the exact same problem and my log looks identical to the op's. Quite a few people have posted asking for help over the past couple months about this exact problem and either been pointed to the FAQ or had the thread closed for lack of response. I have tried every fix in the FAQ's, I have reinstalled, I have checked and unchecked every box, nothing works. Would somebody please look into this problem instead of posting a link to the FAQ section or closing the thread when nobody replies.
Thank you,

You need to set your windows bit-depth to 32bit (right click desktop>properties>settings tab) and also make your desktop a conventional resolution (1024x768, 1280x1024). Do the same in EverQuest 2 (you can't edit the bit-depth in EQ2 though).
If this doesn't work, please explain what you HAVE tryed, so we don't repeat our selves.

I used to get this problem as well on 2 of my computers. My Intel machine seemed to start working the fastest, and my AMD machine took more work.
Try this, as it helped me. Load the program and instead of running EQ2, load Dxtest8 and dxtest9. Make sure the bottom bar opens on each, and run the Mousedemo in compatibility mode. It should work.
Then try EQ2 and do the same test, running the mouse demo.
If you can get the mousedemo running in dxtest then theres probably and issue with EQ2 that needs to be configured.
Try this and see what happens.
