Help @ havast bot =/ : EverQuest 2 Premium Discussions

Hey...

i would like a guide how to install the 4.0 havast bot, please =)

Yes some tips would be good. My game crashes before i load into a zone. First i thought it was because i had the game in windowed mode but i tried it in full screen same thing. I downloaded XU to c:\downloads and then unzipped it in C:\Documents and Settings\Mike\Desktop\X-Unleashed. I then registered and downloaded teh eq2 service thing. It automaticlly installed when i hit run. Then i unzipped the bot into C:\Documents and Settings\Mike\Desktop\X-Unleashed\scripts


What should i try now

and i would like some help with the setup as well...
i mean, how i set what it should havast..

Some of you must have installed the havast bot

Just wondering if either of you have read the documentation that comes in the download? There is pretty in deapth instructions on how to get it working.

There is an excellent guilde by Redman but I can't find it any more, hopefully it will be restored and available soon. (Redman, you rock 8^) )

It should be here somewhwere watcher haha just need to find it now. IF it was under xunleashed macros it going to be under the macro discussion area now.

I have no probs getting this running - in Feer and running round my set of waypoints very nicely.

It finds nodes and goes to the nodes fine to.

However every time it gets to one it just shuffles off to the next one.

On spying out the bot log - all the nodes are being registered like this

Unharvestable node found
Resources gone, moving on...

Wtf is going on?

I have checked a few things like walking up a node, pressing F8 (my nearest npc button), and then clicking the hotbar button for mining say - it all works fine and the nodes are definitely harvestable.

I do have 6 hotkey bars on screen at any one time - but that shouldn't effect it?

Any help would be gr8

I can't say RIGHT this second but earlier today the service was not fully functional after the LiveUpdate yesterday... umm day before? All these bots use them and all that can be done is to wait for Wyvernx to update.

I'm pretty anxious myself since I'm trying to finish up my MobClass and can't till the service is fully functional. *sigh*

BTW, this is a normal routine after an update, usually takes anywhere from a few hours to a few days for Wyvernx to update the service.

I would suspect the live update too. I know that the harvestbot v4.01 works fine as of today, 7/5/05, so if you're still having this problem, I would check to see if the right plugins are enabled/disabled, if you have compatibility mode on, etc. and if all that checks out, then examine your .INI file.
