HELP ME!!! Plz! : EverQuest 2 Premium Discussions

When i try to start my XU program....the program starts up...but when i click play to try to start the game....it says system info has changed....bla bla bla. when i try to re-authenticate user and password info....says account is already in use....what gives?...cant use program =-\
