How do i run the script ultrabot in XU 4.1 : EverQuest 2 Premium Discussions

I am a noob at this stuff and i am totally lost. I have been reading and reading till my eyes are near blind. I think the problem is the organisation of the sight. Us noobs are having to sort thru the posts of experts and when we do find a post that looks like a starting point all that is said to look thru the faq.

Well i have looked at the faqs and i dont understand them.

Im pretty sure that i could figure the rest of the stuff out if i new how to run a script. When i try and run XU 4.1 with todays update, XU runs and starts EQ2. However, from there how do you start the script. there is no button to start it or a place to type a command to run a script.

I think i could figure out what errors or problems are occuring if i new how to get the script running.

What im trying to run is the ultrabot for EQ2. Im not a 100% sure i have the files located in the right spot. Also, i think it may be in conflict with another Custom UI that i have. Here is my EQ2 ini file.

My file placement is this for Ultrabot.
C:\Documents and Settings\Scott\My Documents\eq2 bot\XU client\Scripts\EQ2UltraBot

I unzipped ultrabot to this location. Do i need to remove anything from the ultrabot folder? It seems to me that all the VBS files should be in the scripts folder.

There is a sticky that talks about how to run scripts.

basicaly you place the files in the scripts folder then in game, bring up the xu task bar and then click on the scripts plugin. CHeck compatiblity checkbox and find the script you want to run then run it.

Please read the threads, I know they are long, but they answer a TON of questions.
