The script targets a mob and starts to cast but loses target befor finishing with the spell. any idea?

Only thing I can think of is your casttime is too slow and it is moving off before you finish - is this the pull cast?

Is this 2.8 or 2.7? I know there was a few case's I remember this happened in 2.7 but so far have not seen it in 2.8 yet.
