ok re: me earlier message, the learning curve to install/use XU and also ultrabot is very steep - mainly due to poor documentation which should be included in the zip files.

Having said that, read the forums for many hours, everything slips into place, and XU / ultrabot is installed and running. tyvm.

However, my offence bot will not engage in melee combat
eg.

InitialCombatSequence1STR - prebuff
PerMobCombatSequence1STR - debuff
CombatSequence1STR - HO+CA1+CA2

at no point will it initiate auto attack - so stands around a lot of the time waiting for CA's to become ready again

also
CombatSequence2STR
is not used very often, sometime not at all even in a very long fight
the bot just keeps using CombatSequence1STR over and over

I have assigned ` key (left of the 1 key) to auto attack in-game and in the .ini file

also the bot will deselect the mob its attacking during every fight, only to reselect it when it gets hit - then start the comabt as if from the begining of the combat script - ie prebuff, pull, debuff

the only key i have in-game assigned to deselecting is ESCAPE which is set up as in the default.ini file

I have only tried the bot on greys so far - until i'm confident it will do the job, my toon is mid20s fury in archers wood - lots of 3^ wardens which dont die fast so time to watch how combat works.

the bot is set up to attack grays - which leads me to the next point
if i set the Fight Monsters Grey to TRUE and I set the value to 3 (fight 3^ or less) then it ignores 3^ and only fights lower levels. If i set the value to 4 it attacks all mobs.

Go through the ini line by line. Not the editor. As it has some other keys that you might need to setup. All of them listed in the ini need to be set.

Also, if you are on intel processor be sure to set your processor affinity and turn off CPU0.

As for errors/bugs in the script, you will need to ask slam about those as its his baby.

Wyvernx, is the services code written to specifically detect and run on Hyperthreading technology. If so, my computer is unable to run on Hyperthreading because it's less than 3ghz and my chipset don't allow for it. If it is designed to run on affinity, what are the negative effects if it's not running in affinity?
Thanks for you help in advance

InitialCombatSequence1STR is the spell to pull mob, not prebuff
