Speed hack that soe "doesn't care about" : EverQuest 2 Premium Discussions

Okay, if you do not download the patches from AMD for gaming your game will run at either regular speed, ultra speed or slow speed. This only works for AMD Opteron and AMD Dual Core PCs. You can opt not to download the fixes from amd and sony doesn't really do anything about it.

My old boss, I got him addicted to EQ2, has this and it currently works. He is using an AMD Opteron. I have a dual core PC but it is Intel and doesn't have the "glich" /sad for me. anyway not sure if it's worth anything since it only works on select systems. Figured I would try anyway.

If you have any of these systems all you have to do is restart the game til you get you're desired speed.
