Step by step EQ2Crafter : EverQuest 2 Premium Discussions

Hi, I am new so bare with me..

I bought and installed xUnleashed to rid me of the nonsense of carpal tunnel while crafting in EQ2. Downloaded all the components I needed and set it all up.

I try to run eq2 crafter, but it doesnt seem to do anything. THe little window pops up, but I cant get it to do anything, or enter number of loops and when I hit the reset tab nothing seems to happen.

Here is the logfile, it mentions something about the wrong screen format..

I am using an AMD system, 1 gig ram, ATI Radeon 9700 pro with dual monitors active, primary and secondary monitors are set to 1280 x 1024 resolution. EQ2 is running in window mode.

FIrst things, First.
Follow this to a T and it will work on any system.
Before anything, put the 3 counters you are going to use in slots 1,2,3 of your primary quickbar.
1) Minimize your windows taskbar so it is NOT visible.
2) start Xunleashed, (make sure it starts eq2 for ya)
3) Once you are in the game get into windows mode. (alt+Enter)
4) move the mouse down so the Xunleashed tabs pop up, click on the eq2crafter.
5) hit P (so your persona window pops up in game).
6) Posiition the persona window so that it is BEHIND the Eq2crafter Window.
7) Click on the crafting unit that you intend to use.

select the recipie that you want and click Create. so that you are sitting there with component window of your selected recipe (the one that has the BEGIN ) key.
9) Click Reconfig/Config ON the eq2 crafter window.
10) Move the Little yellow box down around your Fuel icon of the recipie component window.
11) Then follow the instructions of the eq2crafter plugin. It will have you hit the counters 1 time when it pops up the first time. then after the first one it will do that for you.
12) ENjoy....

Perfect! Thank you very much, that worked like a charm. Can we get this info added to the download of the script as a readme file for others to read?

If I new you were going to like it so much i would have took the time to make it More professional, i just busted that out while sitting here on lunch break =) completly from memory.
