If you can acquire the level 10 recipe books from other class (say you are a Craftsman and you want to be able to make all your tempers and washes and resins from 10-20 you will need a Scholar Lvl 10 book) you can scribe those books. It only works for lvl 10 recipe books from other classes. I have not checked to see if this has been recently nerfed, however, I still have my eolith temper, chloro wash etc recipes from when i did it and i am an outfitter.

I have been using this exploit for some time now and I does work. I have made a lot of gold making all of the necessary components for most classes. Just have to find someone to buy the level 10 book for you.. but once you do you can make lvl 10 items from each class of artisan. Hope they don't catch it for awhile.
