I've been lurking for a while trying to get a feel for XUnleashed as it relates to EQII. There are a lot of questions about tradeskill macro's and that looks like an awesome tool.
However, I'm interested in writing a script / plugin that will automate a support character. The first toon to semi-automate would be a cleric type to keep the tank healed / buffed. In EQ1 I used a different tool to automate a druid and enchanter to heal, buff, nuke, debuff, and perform crowd control. There is nothing quite like watching your bot army mezzing adds, debuffing and generally kicking the crap out of the mobs. However, XUnleashed uses VBScript, which I would much prefer over a custom macro language.
With XUnleashed can you do the following:
1. Check own health and power status (current and max)
2. Check the health of a party member (current health and max health)
3. Check buff status (for auto buffing party members and keeping those active)
4. Check distance to targeted player
5. Check distance to targeted mob
I realize that XUnleashed uses screen scraping so technically you can check anything that is on the screen, but I'm not super excited to write character recognition code to check health.
I know these are basic questions, but I'm trying to get a basic feel for capability before signing up. I couldn't find any sample scripts and/or documentation that didn't ask for premium access.
Thanks in a advance.
