I saw someone else post something but I cant find it. Check this out. Anyone have a clue on how to do it? I hear rumors of rollback because of it.

Forget about it, if it really does exist (which i doubt) its no use to us since by now SOE would be on it and have it all rolled back.

It really does exist and it really was nerfed.

Send x money to alt.
x money arrives at alt
x money not deducted from account.

The chat admins were talking about it last night on the duping thing and this is the rumor I picked up from other sources.
