 Sales Analysis tool : EverQuest 2 Submissions

I've created a tool to analyze my sales log(s) and am willing to share it (and hopfully others can take these basics and improve upon it)
With this procedure, I’m able to know quickly:
• Who my best customers are
• What I sell the most of
• The best time of day I sell the most at
• What products sell best at what time of day
This gives me the power to control what I put up on the market to maximize my sales and adjust to the market.
It's somewhat crude, requires some basic knowledge of MS word & Excel, as well as some average knowledge of MS Access.
But... here it is... in all it's (Glory?) LOL

Anyone given this a go yet? Im away from my computer at the moment so if anyone else could give us a report that'd be great.
