To get the absolute most for your vendor loot go to blacksmith in willow wood. He pays more. Just try him and try another vendor. He pays way beeter for items such as your looted antique treasure,weapons,shields etc...

Yeah that was mentioned back when the game was released that certain merchants will pay more for items. Used to be true for merchants by gates in Temple Street but I think they changed that.

Nah I found on certain items like bloods and liquid type items the merchant alch. dude by gates in TS would pay more for them (maybe because he was an Alch. looking dude). Other items like feathers and such I found over in Big Bend there was a guy that would pay more for. In the end unless your REALLY strapped for cash all the running around to get a few silver more is just a version of "Time Sink" meant to keep you playing. IMO it wasn't worth all the zoning even with a uber connection.
