Celebrate the Holiday in Style! Fallen Earth Presents First Night


Beginning December 14, Fallen Earth will host First Night, a holiday celebration that incorporates some of the traditions of holidays past. Players will have the opportunity to participate in special First Night missions and win various holiday-themed rewards, including the ultra-rare White Top Hat!

 

First Night is named for the rediscovery of the correct date for January 1 by the Archivist Coalition, a group dedicated to uncovering the secrets of humanity's past. Now that the Archivists know the holiday season is upon us, they will need assistance locating more information about Pre-Fall holiday traditions and songs. In addition, the Seasonal Arctic Network of Toy-based Altruism (S.A.N.T.A.) will need a helping hand passing out gifts to the nice and hunting down the naughty.

The Coalition has also inspired the factions to put aside their differences for this joyous occasion (or at least until the champagne runs dry), and they can be found side-by-side celebrating in their own special style. Join the CHOTA in their interpretation of "Boxing Day" by engaging in some friendly hand-to-hand combat, or help the Lightbearers bring light into the dark places of the world in honor of the Winter Solstice.

And what would First Night be without gifts?! Players will be rewarded with special in-game items such as fruit cake (just as good as you remembered it...), festive top hats, party crackers, and other holiday goodies. However, don't be too quick to open those gift boxes. You can also trade them in for a chance to win an ultra-rare White Top Hat!
