There are numerous posts inside the forum complaining about the fact that almost none of the things claimed on the site's front page are actually here.

This site is a ripoff.

They will not refund your money if you are not satisfied.
I clearly stated that I was not satisfied within an hour of gaining acess to the site.
2 days later they refuse to give me a refund.

I am reporting them to the FCC and I suggest all others with the same complaints do the same.

If you are looking for the things stated on the front page, do not spend your money here.

You will not get what you are promised.

hmmm... y r u not satisfied? wat do u actually want? actually u can't expect stuff that are too ridculous to happen. E.g. lvl to 75 in 1-2 weeks or get tons of gil in a very short time. pz ^^

I love here because it show me the way of bot world(Ac Tool) that is not the only one but I lv up my fishing skill form 12 to 25 in 4 day. Which is lot faster then when I start fishing from lv 1-12, and it take me 2 weeks to get it. $20 is worth it, and I refer this site to my friend and he loves it too, so I don't see why people don't satisfied it?

Lol this person is hilarious. First of all i refuned their money. Secondly after i refunded thier money, this person email me saying the following.

Subject: If you dont change things how i want them to be in lets say 3 days i will report you to the FCC.

So i reply saying this

Not sure what she was talking about. Secondly FCC is federal communication commision. FTC is Federal Trade Commision. I dont believe im a radio station haha so FCC isnt right FTC is the right thing. I even emailed her saying if she wanted to complain well im sorry she felt that way but at least you should report it to the right place

Also i stated "your" threats are not welcomed not "our". Also this person was banned because they started getting out of line.

I asked them to stop this crazy posts they keeped on making like 50 of them. I said if you are dissatissfied and you followed the rules you get a refund which i did give them.

This is why i banned the account. It was some person who just wanted to complain hence the lie about saying we didnt give their money back. Its just the rule of 100.

I am always trying to make this site better and better. Never here to be a jerk or anything. Also you should check out our upcomming changes in the news section. Hopefully we will have the new layout of the site in today so you can at least see what its going to look like .

Lol he is already banned so it doesnt matter. Everyonce and awhile you deal with nut jobs. Who want to for some odd reason. Spend 20 dollars just to complain and then when refunded lie. I feel bad for him/her actually. its apparent He/She has way to much free time.

Could have but we already gave him his refund and he was just posting all these threats. Personally if someone is going to try and threaten to shut the site down and be rude Im not going to give him any slack in his actions.

Just a recomendation here, but you might receive less complaints if you just change the way things are worded. Instead of selling a premium service for $20, present it as more privledge in thanks for donations. It's really just a matter of semantics, but it could mean the difference between having a bunch of pissed off customers, instead of happy, charitable contributors.

Crazy Mazey's House of Horror, is a good example here. It's a bittorent site for horror movies. Most of the regulars there donate often for much less extra content than you are offering here--actually there's virtually no extra content worth spending money on. The difference is that we're a community of friends who want to continue to have a place to share obscure horror movies, instead of paying customers expecting pie-in-the-sky.

i think ootsonati is right, i love this site and i just signed on 2day. This is a great site for help on FF11 but i think you should change the name from "exploits" to "helpfull hints and tips"
