Avatar Skillchains Guide : FFXI General Discussions

this will pretty much cover all of the skillchains that blood pacts can do if u have dual summoners in your party, or if you want to add in to an existing skillchain, the choice is yours, i just supply the info


first ill list the element and the skillchain, then all the combinations for it


Thunder, Impaction
Axe kick, Megalith throw >>> Shock strike, burning strike
Barracuda dive, rock buster >>> shock strike, burning strike

Wind, Detonation
shock strike, burning strike >>> claw, tail whip
rock throw, double slap >>> claw, tail whip
moonlit charge, double punch >>> claw, tail whip

Water, Reverbation
Poison nails, crecent fang >>> barracuda dive, rock buster
rock throw, double slap >>> barracuda dive, rock buster

Earth, Scission
Punch >>> rock throw, double slap
claw, tail whip >>> rock throw, double slap

Fire, liquification
rock throw, double slap >>> punch
shock strike, burning strike >>> punch

Dark, compression
poison nails, crecent fang >>> moonlit charge, double punch
axe kick, megalith throw >>> moonlit charge, double punch

Light, transfixion
moonlit charge, double punch >>> poison nails, crecent fang

Ice, induration
barracuda dive, rock buster >>> axe kick, megalith throw

Ice/Water, distortion
poison nails, crecent fang >>> rock throw, double slap

Thunder/Wind, fragmentation
axe kick, megalith throw >>> barracuda dive, rock buster

Fire/Light, fusion
punch >>> shock strike, burning strike

you can also do Skillchains with the party its self, i just know of 1 way to do it but i do know there are many ways to skillchain w/ your party if it doesn't have 2 summoners

yeah...maybe that didnt go through very well, but i meant it in that way, you can do it with party members that arent summoners, i think with a basic SC chart you can see from the different skillchains which ones go with which
