 Banned : FFXI General Discussions

Well, I just got banned. 2 lvl 75's and several above 50. All I've ever used is a windower. I've never been suspended or anything. No GM calls that I'm aware of. So, personally, I think SE did a blanket ban. Either way, this is !@#$%^&*. I've called SE, and all they would tell me is that I should receive a registered letter to which I can dispute my case, and I fully intend on doing so. Good Luck to everyone that was banned.

dont bother, i was banned similiar way. i got no warning and i behaved on the account. ive called nearly 50 times, exagerated ofcourse, honestly maybe 30 at the very most combined. they dont give you any information and somewhere in the ToS it states u can be banned for no reason at all.

Don't count on it. You most likely won't receive any letters at all. The farthest you'll get is sending a letter to the account manager. Of course, you probably won't get a response to that either. If you haven't figured it out yet, SE is absolutely terrible when it comes to customer relations. You're pretty much done on that account now as they say they delete your account once it's permanently banned.

The OPM is Franko
you can find Square Enix's direct phone # in the yellow pages if you look in California..
You'll talk to a desk clerk and she'll send you to Franko's voice mail if he's not in.. he gets in the office around 10am PST..
I'd post the phone number but that seems to get frowned upon.
Just make up some BS story and he'll get ahold of Sony who does the GM'ing for FFXI/WoW/EQ etc.. and if you can come up with a good case.. they can revert the ban within 10 mins of the call..

Why you want to go back, again have you already figured how much are you missing since you play, and how your life come back after the ban, come on its a stupid game, why the effort, lol.
O.O Keep in the other side i still play like 1 hour a week, and i mean play, the rest is pure boting lol, but if i had to leave pff no big deal, i can be making money instead of loosing it to a some BS customer service company like Square Enix...
PS: Im still paying the $12.00 cuz i need it to test the bots im currently developing...

i make bots while i drink gatorade, im developing the

camp synth and chat to females bot.
basically it cybers, camps an nm, and synths everything u find while your asleep.

also se doesnt give u anything, u get a letter saying your banned , if u call they wont tell u !@#$%^&* n they say they dont give details, in says in the tos they dont need a reason, just move on.
