Can pc users play ps2 users? : FFXI General Discussions

This may be stupid, actually it kind of is, but can someone playing a ps2 play with a pc user?

oh yeah, this is off topic, but just cause someone is a girl in the game doesnt mean she is a girl in real life.

everybody starts as a noob, it is just fun to look back and see what we looked like.....LOL

Yes, PC plays with PS2. It's not really a "noob" question considering FFXI is the first multi-platform game out there (at least to my knowledge).

And yes, generally, girls in FFXI are guys. ESPECIALLY mithra. But also know that not all are guys. And if you call a female a guy and they are actually a female, some get offended. I ran into that problem in the beta test <.<

To tell the truth alot of the girl Char's on the game are really girls...I know 20 girls on the <<Pandimonium>> server...They are all in my LS and I know two of them in RL so yes...some are gurls...its good to know and smart to ask

The other way around that is to avoid the gender all together when playing.

yay i actually started a semi-intelligent conversation! oh yeah, the reason i brought up the whole "gender" thing was because one time, (im a female elvaan character just so you know) I was called sexy, and i admit that the leather highboots and trousers look like go go boots, but its still made me feel uncomfortable that a person on the internet called me sexy without checking whether or not i was a girl. I told him to get a life and that ffXI characters were just computer animated.
