Claim Delay Settings : FFXI General Discussions

Me and my buddy have decided to camp KA and I was wondering, what should I set the claim delay to? APBot comes defaulty at 180, but some people beat me on claims during pops, what would a good delay be? Btw, I'm going to be claiming with Provoke.
