The new delay stops ABLITIES not attacks , and if you use a dagger and warp to the mob you will get pull 90% or time. This is how it beats the system.

so would throwing be "attack" or "ability"? if it's attack i'll just be throwing peebles at Sozu as i hear MrArgus ringing.. lol

the problem with steal and mug that they won't work at any range and they won't work if the mob is not infront of you, when the mob pops turning around or running up to the mob may cast you a sec or 2 that will give the claim to others...

Hmm i know people use low delays with magic because you can start casting even if the delay isnt ready to claim yet. Can you also do it with Throwing. I wonder if chocbo darts with a delay of like 200 would work. a good place to really test would be flying mantas at lord of onzozo. They cant pop anywhere else but there. alot of other places mobs can be in a small area but also pop behind u. But also 15min repsawn so long wait .Just Throwing it up there before i try it later.
